On top of that, we offer three core services which form the basis of property management in Poole. The first service covers finding the right tenant(s). Our team will find and vet suitable individuals for your approval.
Once they’ve moved in, we can supply you with one of our tenancy agreements. The second service we offer is rent collection. We’ll still source tenants for you, but we’ll also take care of the headache of collecting rent for you too, leaving you free to continue overseeing the property management. Poole landlords who prefer to hand off to us entirely should opt for our Full Management package.

Other Fees
In addition to the fees mentioned above, other fees may apply in addition to property management. Poole landlords requiring an initial tenancy set up will incur a fee of £180. Inventory and Schedule of Condition provisions are priced dependent on the size and type of property, but typically cost around £72. Check out procedures usually cost around £108. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
