FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICES – 9.6% INCL VAT
Take your mind off renting with our full management service, as we do it all for you from managing the day to day activities right through to finding tenants. There is no worry about legalities as we take care of this for you. If you are finding it hard to manage your property, you can relax knowing that we will do the following for you:

TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICES – £474.00 INCL VAT
Want to still be in control of your property? Then use our tenant find service, that will involve us searching for tenants for your property, selecting the right ones for you and then checking all of their references. We also save you the hassle of legalities as we give you the option of selecting our tenancy agreements that best suits you.
RENT COLLECTION SERVICES – 8.4% INCL VAT
Often collecting the rent and ensuring that it is handed in on time can be a hassle. Imagine if you are on holiday, who will be in charge of this? With this service, you have the tenant-find service and still be able to control/manage your property in the way that you see fit. OTHER FEES
In addition to the fees listed above, there will be additional fees required which include the following:
- Tenancy set up fee of £180 incl VAT
- Schedule of condition and inventory check of £72 incl VAT (depends on property size and type)
- Check out service – £108 incl VAT
